The company responsible for processing your personal data (“Personal Data”) is International Meeting Club

The present Privacy Policy defines processing of your Personal Data which you, as a user (“User” or “You”) of our web site www.internationalmeeting.info (“Web Site”), have submitted, in a free and informed manner, to request information from the Company via an email (“Email”) sent to info@internationalmeeting.info

User´s Personal Data gathered through Emails will be processed for the sole purpose of answering Your requests.

In accordance with provisions established in RGPD, Transglobal, owner of Web Site, informs User of the existence of an automated file of Personal Data, duly registered in the General Registry of the Spanish Data Protection Agency, created, managed and sole responsibility of International Meeting

Personal Data will be preserved during the necessary period of time to carry out the purposes for which it was gathered, as long as consent granted is not revoked. Subsequently, in case necessary, said information will be blocked during the legally established period of time.

Concerning Personal Data submitted to us via CV for our assessment during selection process, said data will be preserved for one year, from the date of last update. Once this time has elapsed without it having been updated, said data will be erased, unless You instruct us otherwise.

User has the right to (i) access his/her Personal Data, as well as (ii) request rectification of inaccurate Personal Data or, as the case may be, (iii) request its elimination, (iv) request limited Personal Data processing, (v) oppose processing of their Personal Data and (vi) request its portability.
